Newcastle Shed Rebuild

The client did not have the budget for a tear-down and a new build, and their existing shed opened onto a large hill. So we kept it. We braced the whole structure, rotated it ninety degrees and walked it about three feet forward with its structural integrity intact. From there we poured a concrete bed inside the floor and a sloped entry so a mower could roll straight in, then added new fascia, soffits, gutters, eavestrough and downspouts. Primer and paint to finish.
