Our client was getting ready to list their townhouse in Oshawa, so we went through the place and picked the work that would actually move the sale price rather than everything that could be done. Door handles replaced throughout. Old caulking stripped and redone in both washrooms. Drywall patched. New trim and moulding through the house. The deck was resurfaced down past the surface mould and old paint. A painting company followed us in to finish the house and deck. It was staged and sold in under a week.
